Because of COVID 19 whole the country is facing several issues. Many schemes are released by the Government for the people. Such a scheme also announced by Gujarat CM Shree Vijaybhai Rupani named Aatma Nirbhar Gujarat Sahay Package of Rs. 14,000 Crore. He announced that Electricity Bill up to 100 units is waived. On Annual Property tax there is a rebate upto 20%. He will pay 10% rebate to the corporation till 31 July. Road tax for six months has been waived.
Main Highlights of Aatma Nirbhar Gujarat Sahay Package for Rs. 14000 crore.
- The Government will help the workers to buil their houses.
- Electricity bill upto 100 units will be waived.
- Around 92 Laks Electricity Consumers will get the benefits.
- From 1st April 6 months road tax will be waived.
- Loan upto 1 Lakh will be available under the Self-Reliant Gujarat Relief Package.
- For MSMEs District Nodal Officers will be appointed.
- Pastoralists will be paid per cow of Rs. 900.
- Dhanwantari Chariots will be raised at a cost of Rs. 20 Crore.
- For ST Corporation Rs. 120 Crore are allotted.
- For Small Traders 5% Electricity Bills will be waived.
- For Construction of godowns in farms Rs. 350 crore will be allocated.
- There is a wavier of 20% in Annual Property Tax.
- GIDC's will be started by Government.
- Rs. 100 Crore will be allocated to Metropolis from CM Relief Fund.
The State Government is now in action to come out from such economical conditions caused by Coronavirus.
