As per the guidelines of the Educational Department of Gujarat, the teachers have to take the PAT Periodic Assessment Test of the students from standards 3 to 12. The question papers are sent by the department in the form of a softcopy, pdf. The respected school teachers got the paper on their email id. The teachers have to take care of such COVID 19 situations in their work area and have to take the PAT Periodic Assessment Test. So they are advised to print out the paper or they can send the paper to their respected students with the use of social media. The students have to write the answers in the Booklet given by the teachers for writing such tests. Then the parents have to take responsibility to send the booklet to the respected schools.
Two Unit Tests are taken away by the teachers, the first one is for Gujarati and Maths, then the second one is for Social Science and Science. We know that it is very much difficult for the students to give such tests, as they are not coming to school as per the guidelines of the Government of Gujarat. The teachers have to check the tests and have to do online marking with the help of the Saraldata App. Download STD 3 to 8 August Month Question paper Solution from the link given below at the end of the description.
A paradigm shift is happening in education, and technology is playing a key role in that shift. Information technology is now viewed as an essential learning tool for students of all levels of ability to discover, create, collaborate, and share. Already, students in many programs are using the internet to pick up assignments and documents, participate in discussions, take quizzes, check their grades, consult a calendar, and do other things to help them with their learning. Some students may be drawn to online learning because child-care responsibilities, part-time work, transportation difficulties, and accessibility issues prevent regular participation in a traditional school. Better results seem to be achieved when learners have a combination of face-to-face and online experiences. In ESL, this blend of face-to-face and online learning will soon be the norm. Let's look at one teacher who has already made this transition. Maria has been an ESL teacher for five years, but the way she is teaching now is very different from how she taught a few years ago. More and more, her students are already using information technologies in their daily lives. For example, many of them use Skype to make free online voice and video calls to friends and family around the world. Maria finds that integrating the technologies into her teaching builds on students existing habits and skills, and makes learning more attractive relevant, and effective.
Here are some of the technologies Maria has added to her repertoire of teaching techniques: She created a Facebook page for her class so that they could collaborate and socialize online. She regularly asks her students to watcha YouTube video and discusses it at the next class. She invites students to nominate videos for discussion, they watch a video, discuss it in class, and then do activities on their own outside of class. Because there are a few students who don't have the internet at home, she makes arrangements for these students to watch the videos at school. When Maria asks students to do research, Wikipedia has become a staple tool. Maria brought her e-reader to class and let students use it, she finds that the e-reader helps many make the leap from a nonreader to avid reader, especially when paired with software that simultaneously speaks and highlights the text. Maria is finding that using podcasts really improves students' listening comprehension. The podcast, ESL POD, is very popular with her students. Maria sees that the blend of face-to-face and online learning is a major "draw" for today's ESL students. She enjoys connecting with like-minded educators to share techniques and ideas about the evolving relationship between language learning and technology. She feels that her personal investment in developing her knowledge and skills in this area is already helping her students, and over the long term, will help her career.
