How to upload School Students' Data After Khelo India Registration:

As it is compulsory to register for Khelo India for every school. All the Principals have registered their schools for Khelo India. Now after completing the registration we got an e-mail from Khelo India, in the email we find that we are given a user id and password to log in, and many more details which are given as under we got in our mail saying.

How to get started:

Ask your PETs/Assessors to download the 'Khelo India Fitness Assessor App' from Google Play Store.
Ask them to create their Profiles. They will get a welcome message.

To upload student data, please follow these steps:

      Step 1: Open schoolfitness.kheloindia.gov.in on your web browser

      Step 2: Log in with your Principal credential

      Step 3: Upload Student Data and generate QR Card

      Step 4: Choose and attach Assessors to your school. Assessors will get a message saying their profile is attached to the school.

Once student data is uploaded, your PETs/Assessors can do the assessments.

      Step 5: Your assessors can now login to Khelo India Fitness Assessor App, select the school and the school student data will get loaded on their phones. They are ready to take assessments.

      Step 6: Download Report Cards (once assessment is over)

      Step 7: Distribute Report Cards of Students in every class.

PN: Parents can view Khelo India Fitness report cards of their wards by downloading the 'Khelo India' App from Google Play Store or Apple Store, and linking their child's Khelo India ID.

Here they have given us instructions regarding what we have to do next. The next thing we have to do is to upload our schools students' data in a proper format of excel.

First of all, you have to log in with the user id and password given in the mail. 

Then you are redirected towards your Home Page.

Now click on the student option and find the menu student data upload.

Then select your school, then click on the profile menu and select a personal profile.

Now click on the option download sample data.

An excel file named Personal Profile will download.

Now fill all the details of the students in the file wi the help of Adhar Dise.

After filling all the details in the excel file you have to upload the file on the website.

Click on the option Choose File then select the excel file in which you have filled all the data of the students. Please don't change the name of the file. Here you will get a message like Thanks for uploading data. You will find School Fitness App Statistics in which the total number of your schools students' will be shown.

So follow these steps and complete your School Students' data.
