Nishtha On Diksha Talim/Nishtha Online Training Date 5.10.2020 to Date 11.11.2020/Nishtha Training Modules/Bisag Training.

As per the guidelines of the Education  Department Of Gujarat, the teachers who did not get Nishtha Training in the past have to take training on Diksha Portal. It is compulsory for them to take online training. The detailed information about the training and the circular is given below at the end of the description. 

The training will start from 5.10.2020 and will continue till 11.11.2020. The teachers are advised to complete all the 18 modules/courses. The teachers have to complete all the 18 modules as per the time table given below.

Have you ever wondered who guides schools regularly? Is there a comprehensive guideline that the school should work in a certain way? Or how to organize different activities in school? Yes, we have a national curriculum structure, which guides the activities held in our schools. This framework helps in allocating resources and time for different activities and topics. This framework provides guidance on combining sensitivity to constitutional values, the environment, society, and scientific attitudes. The same code of conduct maintained by the school in all school activities is for the holistic development of the children. This is another question that may come to your mind. That is: Who guides the national curriculum structure? Is there a document to guide you? The answer to this question is also yes. Here is a policy document called the National Education Policy. We had two education policies; One from 1968 and then from 1986. 

However, both these policies guide the entire education system in the country at different levels. It has special recommendations for school education. Thus the national education policy guides the national curriculum structure, which in turn guides the school for its curriculum. Recently a new draft of the National Education Policy was introduced in 2019. We may get a new national curriculum framework in 2021. As far as the national curriculum structure is concerned, so far a total of four national curriculum structures have been formed in our country. First introduced by NCERT in 1975, then in 1988, then in 2000, and finally in 2005. Following the national curriculum framework, we have developed curricula, textbooks, and other materials.

Now the question arises why the structure of this course four times? Changes in the psychological, social, economic spheres in society lead to the demand for change in school education. Therefore, we have to keep updating the structure and re-introducing it. As with the current global epidemic, many changes are needed during and after the epidemic. Its impact is seen in the evaluation process, in the pedagogical process, and in the school activities as a whole. We have to maintain social distance and at the same time sanitize the school regularly. When a school needs such changes, the national curriculum structure, and education policies provide guidance so that schools can implement these changes. Now when we teach different subjects in school and class 9 another point is that different themes and subjects are assigned for different classes. We have other guidelines for this as mentioned earlier in the syllabus.

7 to 9 module/course from 19.10.2020 to 24.10.2020

16 to 18 module/course from 25.11.2020 to 29.11.2020
