After Corona, a cabinet meeting was held at Gandhinagar today. Which is currently completed. Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama has made an important statement on the issue of opening schools in the state after Diwali. Bhupendrasinh Chudasama said that schools will open in Gujarat from November 23. Classes from standard 9 to 12 will be started as per SOP. Colleges have also been announced to start teaching from November 23.

The Education Minister said that the classes of Std. 9 to 12 will be started as per SOP. Secondary, higher secondary, schools and colleges will start after Diwali, but institutions will have to get the written consent of the parents. Student attendance will not be considered compulsory. Colleges will also start teaching from November 23. Educational work will start in phases. The first medical, paramedical class will start in the college. Final year classes will be started at the graduation level. In colleges and schools, the principal has to follow the guideline. Students will be given a form for approval.

It may be mentioned here that the government wants to keep the academic session longer after Diwali. Under normal circumstances, the first session starts in the month of June and lasts for 105 days. This session ends with a 21-day Diwali vacation, but the second session will be 150 to 155 days, as the time wasted in the next session can be made up. The schools will open at the end of November, which means that the next five months will mean the end of May.

So As Primary Schools will be remained closed and online virtual classroom teaching will continue, even it is not compulsory for the students of STD 9 to 12 to go to schools so the education department has published a circular regarding Home Learning DD Girnar Time Table. According to the above subject, it is not possible to call the students to the schools for academic work due to the current Corona epidemic in the current academic year which started from June 3, 2020.  So that for the educational work of the students, the content-based video educational lessons prepared for the students of Std.  Girnar channel has been started from 15th June 2020 and virtual class has also been started for students of standard 9 to 12.  In this regard, Doordarshan of Std. 1 to 12 students - Under the educational work broadcast from DD Girnar, the time schedule of the study process for the month of November 15 to 20, 2020 and the timetable for the virtual class for students of Std. 9 to 12 are included.  So that BRC / CRC in all the schools of your district.  / Parents through teachers are requested to convey this schedule to the students.
