Co-WIN is a mobile app that will be available to all for free download, according to the Ministry of Health. This app will have complete information from the vaccination process to the administrative action - activities, vaccination personnel and those who are to be vaccinated. It will also have the option of self-registration. The head of a panchayat can also apply through this app for vaccination of the people of his panchayat.

The first of these modules is the administrative module in which sessions for vaccines will be scheduled and notifications will be sent to vaccinators and administrators. 

In the registration module, you will be able to register for the vaccine yourself. For this module, an organization can register in bulk those people who need the vaccine. The Beneficiary Acceptance Module contains a QR Code based Vaccination Certificate. According to Rajesh Bhushan, all those in the country who want to be vaccinated will be vaccinated.
