According to the above subject and context with Jai Bharat In order to maintain continuity in the study of students in the situation of Covid 19, various efforts of Home Learning have been carried out by the Education Department of the Government. For the year 2020-2021, the Government has recently canceled Mass Promotion in Std. 9th to 11th and Std-12 examinations and has fixed the marks according to the evaluation technique. In such circumstances, the Department of Education has decided to conduct a diagnostic test to know the learning loss of the previous standard before the next standard subject admission. 

This diagnostic test is only to know the prevailing time study-teaching level, based on the result of which an apology about learning loss will be received. Therefore, it is desirable that Vidha should be tested with a clear and definite healthy mentality. Following the diagnostic test, unit test of various subjects will be conducted from time to time as per the resolution in the above context. The following is the schedule of the diagnostic test to determine the learning loss of students before the commencement of the new semester course in July.

According to the above schedule, keeping in view the following instructions, Fascity should be organized at district level. • Entry of Std. Remains to be done. • It is therefore mandatory to have DISE coDE of all school and Wild Unique ID number of all students of the school. As well as each student's stream (science stream general stream / other stream) should be entered. This detail should be updated immediately by the school. શાળા The school will have to plan by keeping the above schedule secretly, • Detailed and standard syllabus of standardized diagnostic test is shown in the enclosure. 

The Dhaumra Diagnosis Test syllabus includes useful chapter points from its next standard engMOUS STANDARD (e.g. prepared question papers based on Std-8 subjects for Std-9 diagnostic test). • The evaluation of the answer book of the diagnostic test will be done by the subject teachers of the standard where the student is studying in the same standard which will be the responsibility of the principal. વિષય Subject wise and question wise result of students has to be prepared by 30th July (e.g. to prepare question wise result according to the marks of all the questions 1 to 31 of the standard 12 general stream sociology subject of the student named Madhavi.) Sample of result sheet included in enclosure-2. 

According to which the result has to be prepared in EXCEL Sheet and displayed on the school record, on the basis of this result marks have to be entered on the portal of Command and Control Center (ccc; Gandhinagar. The entry has to be made through SARAL DATA APPLICATION, the detailed instruction of which will be circulated separately. Thus you will inform all the secondary and higher secondary school principals of your district about the above instructions Request.
